Unifying four locations into one clearer experience for discovering treatments and booking care
ZO Skin Centre ran four locations as four separate websites. I restructured the platform around what people are actually deciding — a treatment, a practitioner, a place — rather than around which clinic owns the page.

The challenge
Four locations meant four websites. Each had its own navigation, its own copy of the services, its own practitioner pages — and the main site was little more than a fork that sent you to one of them.
The catalogue was largely shared. The structure was organised around which clinic owned the page, not around what someone was deciding. The visual system had drifted from ZO Skin Health too.
- 014 locations, 4 sites
- 021 shared service catalogue
- 031 design system
Two problems, one redesign
01
A fragmented experience
Finding which clinic offered a treatment meant leaving one site and starting again on another.
02
A system adrift from the brand
Components and patterns had diverged from ZO Skin Health, so the centre read as a separate company.
The goal
One experience where people can find what they need, see where it is available, and take the next step — without starting over.
From four location experiences to one platform
The old main site could not answer a single question about a treatment. Everything that mattered lived inside whichever location site you landed on, duplicated four times over.
Where the structure was settled
The architecture was settled in wireframes before anything was styled — a service knows its locations, a practitioner knows theirs, a result knows both.
Connecting the decisions people actually make
Choosing a treatment, choosing who performs it and choosing where to go are one decision in three parts. Each became a first-class thing that knows about the other two.
Built on the parent brand, extended for the centre
ZO Skin Health is the foundation. The centre needed what the parent brand did not have: location cards, service cards, filter rails, consultation forms, and the states each moves through.
Built as reusable components and prototyped in Figma.
The final experience
The same system, narrowed.
A unified foundation for location, service and consultation discovery
After six to eight months of exploration, design, prototyping and stakeholder review, the experience was finalised and handed to development.
01
One experience
Four sites became one platform, with location as a preference rather than a destination.
02
Discovery that connects
Services, practitioners, results and reviews point at each other instead of sitting in silos.
03
A system that scales
The patterns can carry a fifth location without a fifth design.
04
Back inside the brand
The centre reads as part of ZO Skin Health again.
Key takeaway
Organise the experience around what people are trying to do, not around how the business is arranged.
The hard part was never a page. It was a structure that could hold four locations, one shared catalogue, practitioners who work across several clinics, and the results attached to all of it — without any of that showing.
